Booking Policy

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your place on the course. The remaining payment needs to be paid on the first day of the commencement of the course.

Payment plans are available, so please enquire for further details.

One place is available at a 50% discount in return for help with administration and one further discretionary place is available if a student is experiencing financial difficulties.

Certification Requirements

1.An attendance of two-thirds of the live classes and catch up via recordings of missed classes.

2. 3 weeks daily journaling of observations, insights, and responses to practice.

3. A 30-minute one-to-one session with Jo.

4. Recorded teaching of a breathing class.

5. For certification purposes, we request that all students fulfill the course requirements within one month of completing the course.

If due to unforeseen circumstances, a student requires an extension, requests can be made.

Taking part and being certified in any further education training does not qualify you to treat, diagnose or cure any illness or disease. In all cases, your clients should work in conjunction with a qualified medical professional, and under no circumstances should you recommend clients change or discontinue prescribed medication or treatment protocols.

Cancelation and refund policy

If you are unable to attend any course after paying your initial deposit, we will transfer your deposit to a future training course. If you can give notice two full weeks before the commencement of the course and we can fill your place, a full refund of your deposit will be made. If we are unable to fill your place, we will need to retain 10% for administration costs. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to wayofsoma@gmail.com at least 2 weeks before the commencement date.

Complaints policy

If you need to make a complaint about the content of a course or the instructor, It is desirable that the participant contacts the lead trainer directly to arrange a private phone conversation to resolve the issue at this level.

Insurance 

You are responsible for your insurance coverage either through the Yoga Alliance or your chosen body.
